    Hi, I am 18 and really trying hard to get fit. I work out 5 days a week 2 days lifting the rest cardio. I am trying to incorporate lifting more, could you share your schedule with me? Also just wanted to say your Instagram is amazing and so is your body! I would love to live a healthier less restrictive diet!

    Hi there! I just turned 19 and I’m a huge fitness and nutrition fanatic! As of right now I try to stick to a high protein low carb diet. My workout routine consists of Monday’s and Wedneadays being strength training plus a run, abs and arms. Tuesdays and Thursdays are HIIT workouts plus a run, abs and arms. Friday’s are cross training days where I run and then incorporate a swim, bike, elliptical, (etc) to work different muscle groups as well as abs and arms that day. Saturday’s I usually go for a long walk or hike and Sunday’s I do stretching or yoga or foam rolling to work everything out for the week ahead. My problem is though, I’m not seeing the results I want. I’ve actually put more fat on my stomach than before I started. If there’s anything you could suggest that would allow me to start seeing more results or any fitness/nutrition tips in general that would be amazing! Thank you so much! PS(sorry this was long!)
